Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Delhi, India. As an Intern at WinnersWin, you will assist with coordinating community activities, supporting training sessions and workshops, conducting research, and contributing to content creation efforts. Additional duties may include managing social media platforms, assisting with event planning, and providing logistical and administrative support to team members. This role offers an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community development and professional growth initiatives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking and confidence in collaboration
• Proficiency in content writing, research, and creating engaging materials for personal branding and career growth
• Organizational and time management skills to support events, workshops, and administrative tasks

• Basic understanding of leadership development and career planning concepts
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
