Role: Pre-Sales / Calling Intern

About the Role
As a Pre-Sales / Calling Intern at Organization of Technology, you will play a vital role in driving the
admissions process by engaging with prospective students and their parents. You'll be responsible for lead
qualification, follow-ups, and ensuring that every interaction delivers a strong, positive impression of NST. This
role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a people-first approach, and a desire to gain
hands-on experience in sales and admissions operations.
Key Responsibilities
● Reach out to potential students via phone to provide detailed information about NST programs.
● Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure conversions through personalized guidance.
● Qualify leads based on defined criteria and share insights with the counsellor or admissions team.
● Maintain accurate and updated records of all communications and lead statuses in CRM tools.
● Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to refine outreach and conversion strategies.
● Address student queries professionally, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
● Support in scripting FAQs, call templates, and communication workflows.
● Track and report daily and weekly calling metrics.
Requirements
● Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one local language.
● Comfortable making a high volume of calls and managing follow-ups efficiently.
● Proficient in Google Workspace, MS Excel, and familiar with CRM tools (preferred).
● Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Internship Duration: Jun'26 to Aug'26 (Extension will be based on performance at completion of 3 months.)
Working days: 6 days a week (rotational shift based on roasters).
Stipend : 15K fixed (can provide an additional 5K variable over fixed if the candidate is good)
