Role Description The Summer Intern role at TalesByDora is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The intern will support the travel team by researching destinations, assisting in the creation of itineraries, and helping to prepare trip documentation and presentations. Daily tasks may include organizing travel information, coordinating with partners or vendors, updating internal databases, and assisting with social media or basic marketing activities related to tours and packages. The intern will also help respond to traveler inquiries, gather feedback after trips, and contribute ideas for improving customer experience and travel offerings.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct online research on destinations, travel options, and cultural highlights, and summarize findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing itineraries, emails, and basic marketing or social media content.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with digital tools such as word processing software, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms.
• Interest in travel, tourism, or hospitality, with a customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, collaborate with a small team, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Current student or recent graduate in any discipline; coursework in travel, tourism, hospitality, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
