About SoProX
SoProX (School of Professional Transformation) is a learning initiative built for first-generation professionals and early-career individuals navigating India's professional world without a playbook. We build programs, frameworks, and content that give people the tools the system never gave them.
What you'll do
- Draft and format standard engagement letters, offer letters, and program certificates
- Build organized folder structures and document repositories for program content
- Create templates for program structures, onboarding kits, and delivery materials
- Maintain clean, version-controlled operational documents across programmes
What we're looking for
- An eye for detail and clean formatting using Google Docs/MS Office Suite proficiency is a must; Canva familiarity is a plus
- Comfort with structure: you like things organized and labeled correctly
- Basic understanding of professional documents (exposure through academics or prior internships is fine)
- Proactive communicator: you flag issues before they become problems
