Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Operations & Business Development Intern to support early-stage expansion. The role involves identifying potential clients, assisting with partner onboarding, and coordinating day-to-day logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential clients such as restaurants, cloud kitchens, frozen food brands, dairy distributors, and pharmaceutical suppliers

- Assist in onboarding logistics partners including fleet owners and cold storage providers

- Coordinate daily delivery schedules and shipment tracking

- Support business development activities including market research and lead generation

- Maintain communication with clients and partners via phone, email, and WhatsApp

- Help manage operational data, client records, and reporting

Requirements

- Graduate or final-year student in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Interest in logistics, supply chain, or startup operations

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online tools
