Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a SuiteBilling ARM & Project Consultant based in Delhi, India. The Consultant will be responsible for managing the implementation of SuiteBilling and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) modules within Oracle NetSuite ERP. Key tasks include collaborating with clients to identify business needs, configuring and customizing ERP solutions, providing training and post-go-live support, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. The role requires working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment with strategic goals and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. SuiteBilling & Revenue Management

• Configure and manage SuiteBilling for subscription, usage-based, and milestone billing models

• Design billing schedules, charge rules, rating engines, and invoice consolidation workflows

• Implement Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) for multi-element arrangements, SSP allocation, and revenue deferral

• Map revenue recognition policies to ASC 606 / IFRS 15 compliance requirements

• Troubleshoot billing discrepancies, revenue schedule mismatches, and AR reconciliations

2. SuiteProjects (PSA)

• Configure SuiteProjects for project templates, resource management, time & expense capture, and project billing

• Set up project budgets, revenue recognition schedules, and WIP accounting

• Integrate SuiteProjects with SuiteBilling for project-based subscription invoicing

• Design project profitability dashboards and SuiteAnalytics reports for PMOs

• Manage project costing, overhead allocation, and intercompany project billing

3. Implementation & Client Engagement

• Lead requirements gathering workshops, functional design (FDD) sessions, and solution blueprinting

• Produce Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design Documents (SDD), and Test Scripts

• Manage UAT cycles, data migration mapping, cutover planning, and go-live support

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client finance, operations, and IT stakeholders

• Provide post-go-live hypercare, adoption coaching, and system optimization reviews

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience

• Mandatory expertise in at least two of: SuiteBilling, SuiteProjects, ARM

• Strong understanding of subscription revenue models, project accounting, and revenue deferral

• Proficiency in SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, custom reports, and KPI dashboards

• Experience with NetSuite data migration (CSV imports, SOAP/REST APIs, SuiteScript triggers)

• Solid grasp of GL, AP, AR, and financial close processes in a NetSuite environment

• Excellent client-facing communication: able to simplify complex functional topics for non-technical stakeholders

• NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation Certification (mandatory or in progress)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of multi-subsidiary consolidation and intercompany accounting

• Experience with third-party integrations (Salesforce, Shopify, 3PL systems, EDI)

• Exposure to M&A integrations — subsidiary onboarding, chart of accounts harmonisation

• Any NetSuite Certifications

• Prior consulting firm experience or ERP practice background
