1 Under Business requirements and HLD convert to function requirement/LLD

2 Develop code/ Workflows and build deploy in Dev/SIT/UAT and production

3 Do impact assessment and do effort estimations.

4 Code reviews and checklist enhancement.

5 Status reporting, Analysis and continues improvement.
