We are hiring for SuccessFactors - Time Recording Lead.
TCS is Conducting a Mega virtual drive on 8th November for SuccessFactors - Time Recording Lead.
Experience: 6-10 years
Location: Bangalore
Virtual drive date: 08-November-25
Notice period: less than 30 days.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Typically, 4-10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementation and support.
- Module Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience in configuring the Time Off and Time Sheet/Time Tracking modules.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Time Valuation, Absence Management, Accruals, Work Schedules, Time Recording Profiles, and Time Type Groups.
- Certifications: SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Time Management/Employee Central is often preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Implementation Experience: Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation experiences are often required.
