SuccessFactors Tester

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for SAP SuccessFactors modules

• Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing from user perspective

• Prepare test data and prioritize testing activities based on requirements

• Execute test cases and log defects with proper severity and priority classification

• Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after changes

• Participate in backlog refinement and requirement analysis sessions

• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and controls during testing

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand deliverables and testing scope

• Contribute to incident and problem management processes using ITIL practices

• Ensure continuous improvement in testing processes and quality deliver
