Job Description
Manage and support SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll processes for India and KSA regions to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for India and KSA Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations in both regions Collaborate with HR Finance and IT teams to streamline payroll processes Monitor payroll data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly Support payroll system upgrades testing and troubleshooting Provide training and support to endusers on payroll functionalities Generate payroll reports and analytics for management review Coordinate with external vendors and government agencies as required
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage endtoend payroll processing activities for India and KSA using SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Ensure payroll compliance with statutory requirements including tax social security and labor laws Validate payroll inputs such as attendance leave and benefits data Troubleshoot and resolve payrollrelated issues in collaboration with technical teams Assist in payroll audits and ensure documentation accuracy Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy Liaise with crossfunctional teams to align payroll operations with organizational policies Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and update systems accordingly
