Role Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant

Role Purpose: This role provides advanced expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to support payroll accuracy, compliance, and ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration of ECP schemas, PCRs, wage types, pay components.
• Manage master data mapping, replication, and EC–ECP integration.
• Analyse and resolve payroll discrepancies and replication errors.
• Ensure payroll configuration meets Australian legislative requirements.
• Support year end and EOFY processing.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years hands on ECP or SAP ERP Payroll configuration experience.
• Expertise in schemas, PCRs, wage types, taxation, superannuation.
• Strong EC knowledge including Pay Components and Job/Comp Info.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability.
• Strong communication skills for payroll related stakeholder engagement.
