SuccessFactors Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Time Management and Time Tracking configuration to support a critical compliance-related implementation.

Work Hours: IST

Duration: 12+ Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and modify SuccessFactors EC Time Management / Time Tracking to support labor law and compliance requirements.
• Configure work schedules, holiday calendars, time profiles, and time recording profiles.
• Configure time tracking calculations including Overtime, Double Time, and Shift Premiums.
• Build and maintain time entry validation rules, timesheet adjustments, and approval workflows.
• Support and troubleshoot time data replication from Employee Central (EC) to Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Configure and adjust Time Management settings through Provisioning.
• Analyze existing configurations and implement required changes while maintaining system integrity.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver configuration solutions.

Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management.
• Deep expertise in EC Time Tracking configuration.
• Experience with time management foundational configurations.
• Strong understanding of time valuation, overtime, double time, and shift premium calculations.
• Experience with business rules, validations, timesheets, and approval workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting EC → ECP time data replication.
• Experience working with SuccessFactors Provisioning.
• Strong understanding of HR/time management processes and compliance requirements.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or EC Time Management certification is required/preferred.
