Job Description

  • 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong hands-on expertise in Compensation & Variable Pay.
  • Experience in Compensation Worksheets, Variable Pay Programs, Bonus Planning, Merit Planning, and Compensation Statements.
  • Strong understanding of Employee Central (EC) and PMGM integration.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementations, support, and enhancement projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
