Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for a Success Factor - LMS Trainer at Beat Educations. As an LMS Trainer, you will deliver virtual training on SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems, tailor instructional content to meet diverse learner needs, and support the setup and maintenance of the LMS environment. You will also ensure efficient learner onboarding and monitor feedback to enhance the learning experiences provided.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in SuccessFactors LMS and related systems.
- Experience in training, curriculum development, and instructional design for learning management applications.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Competence in evaluating user feedback and implementing continuous improvement processes for training materials.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Relevant certifications or prior experience in e-learning, LMS implementations, or educational technology are beneficial.
