About the Role
As a Success Coach, you'll work closely with students throughout their journey, ensuring they stay consistent, complete what they start, and move steadily toward outcomes. From daily follow-ups to solving learning blockers, you'll act as the system that keeps students on track.
This isn't a passive support role. It's about driving behavior, turning intent into execution, and execution into results.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Learning Progress
- Track student progress consistently and ensure they stay on pace
- Identify learning gaps early and intervene with clear, actionable next steps
- Break down complex challenges into simple, executable actions
Student Interaction & Accountability
- Engage with students across calls, chat, and WhatsApp to resolve queries and maintain momentum
- Follow up proactively, not just respond to ensure students complete tasks
- Hold students accountable to their goals, deadlines, and commitments
Build Engagement & Community
- Host live sessions focused on motivation, clarity, and learning strategies
- Create an environment where students feel supported, pushed, and consistent
- Encourage peer interaction to drive accountability through community
Track, Report & Improve
- Maintain clear records of student progress and interactions
- Monitor participation and flag risks early
- Share regular updates with parents/guardians where required
- Continuously improve interventions based on patterns and outcomes
What the Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Following up with students who are falling behind
- Having repeated nudges and motivation conversations
- Managing multiple students at different stages of progress
- Stepping in quickly when momentum drops
- Balancing empathy with firmness to drive action
How You'll Be Measured
- Student consistency and course completion rates
- Reduction in drop-offs and inactive students
- Assignment completion and participation levels
- Student and parent feedback
- Overall progression toward placement readiness

- Strong communication. Clear, direct, and empathetic
- Ability to handle different student mindsets, from highly driven to disengaged
- High ownership, you don't wait for problems, you act early
- Structured and organized, can manage multiple students and timelines
- Outcome-driven, focused on results, not just activity
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRMs, and basic AI tools
Basic Requirements
- Proficient in Telugu and English (mandatory)
- 0–1 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, or customer-facing roles
