Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an SME or Team Leader
Salary Bracket: 30k to 45k per month
Work Days: 6 Days
Shift: Morning
Process: Must have Experience in Domestic (Inbound+Outbound+Email)

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as an SME and Team Leader and possess a strong understanding of team and process management.
