About the Role

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Science with strong experience in storyboard creation and educational content development. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Science concepts and the ability to transform complex topics into clear, engaging, learner-friendly storyboards for digital learning, e-learning modules, animations, and educational videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed and engaging storyboards for Science-based educational content.
• Translate Science concepts into structured, visually driven learning experiences.
• Create storyboards for animated videos, explainer videos, e-learning modules, interactive lessons, and digital learning content.
• Ensure scientific accuracy, conceptual clarity, age-appropriateness, and alignment with the learning objectives.
• Work closely with instructional designers, animators, graphic designers, and content teams to convert storyboards into final learning assets.
• Provide scene-by-scene descriptions, including narration, on-screen text, visual directions, animations, transitions, and interactions.
• Review and validate educational content, scripts, visuals, and animations for scientific accuracy.
• Simplify complex scientific concepts without compromising accuracy.
• Incorporate appropriate examples, activities, experiments, diagrams, and real-life applications into storyboards.
• Revise storyboards based on feedback from internal stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain consistency with prescribed curriculum, learning standards, style guides, and content guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Education, Life Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Science SME, Content Developer, Curriculum Developer, Instructional Designer, or similar role.
• Proven experience in storyboard creation is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Science concepts and educational content development.
• Experience creating storyboards for e-learning, animated educational videos, digital learning, or EdTech content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and content-editing abilities.
• Ability to convert complex concepts into simple, engaging, and visually understandable content.
