Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Mathematics preferred but not mandatory)
- Must have appeared in SSC, Railway, or State-level competitive examinations (Mains preferred)
- Strong conceptual understanding of Arithmetic and Advanced Mathematics
- Good understanding of exam patterns, syllabus, and question trends
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude
Preferred Experience
- 1.5 – 2.5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Prior experience in:
- Academic content creation
- Book publishing
- Test series development
- EdTech content production
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and academically driven individuals to join our content development team as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) – Quantitative Aptitude. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about competitive examinations and aspire to build a career in academic content development for SSC, Railway, and State-level exams.
The selected candidate will work on developing high-quality, exam-oriented Quantitative Aptitude content including books, notes, practice sets, mock tests, and visual learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Create Quantitative Aptitude books aligned with the latest SSC, Railway, and State Exam patterns
- Develop chapter-wise theory notes and practice questions from basic to advanced level
- Design shortcut techniques, alternative methods, and exam-focused strategies
- Prepare topic-wise PYQ analysis and trend-based question banks
- Create mock tests, sectional tests, and Daily Practice Problems (DPPs)
- Provide detailed and student-friendly step-by-step solutions
- Develop formula sheets, mind maps, and revision charts for quick learning
- Review and proofread content for conceptual and grammatical accuracy
- Coordinate with academic and design teams for smooth content execution
Required Skills
- Strong command over Arithmetic and Advanced Maths topics
- Good knowledge of LaTeX, Equation Editor, and MathType tools
- Ability to explain concepts in simple and exam-oriented language
- Good understanding of graphs, charts, and visual representation of data
- Strong written communication and academic writing skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
