This part-time remote role is for a Subject Matter Expert in Product Design with a focus on training. The selected individual will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions to individuals or groups, guiding learners on visual design principles, design thinking methodologies, and user research practices. They will also provide mentorship to candidates, ensuring the practical application of product design concepts and conducting assessments to evaluate progress and understanding.

• Strong expertise in Visual Design and its practical applications
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and Product Design methodologies
• Experience in conducting User Research and UX Research
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to tailor training methods to suit diverse learners
• Previous experience as a trainer or educator is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is advantageous
