Role Overview

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Construction is responsible for providing deep domain expertise to support Track3D.ai's project workflows, particularly for US-based construction projects. The role involves interpreting construction work sequences, reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), validating activity mapping, and ensuring accurate alignment between real-world site operations and the platform's AI-driven tracking systems. The SME works closely with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, process efficiency, and project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand, analyze, and validate construction work sequences for commercial and infrastructure projects, especially in the US market.

• Review project plans, schedules, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate progress delivery.

• Recommend process improvements to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

• Utilize construction scheduling knowledge to validate timelines, dependencies, and sequencing.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure scheduling alignment with platform outputs.

• Categorize and verify construction activities across civil, structural, MEP, and interior works.

• Support training, quality checks, and documentation activities.

• Act as a domain expert in internal and customer-facing discussions.

What We're Looking For :

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of end-to-end construction workflows and site operations.

• Knowledge of US construction practices and terminology.

• Experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project and PowerBI.

• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

• High attention to detail and process orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of construction site experience.

• Post-Graduate Degree in Construction Management or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to US construction projects (preferred).

• Familiarity with digital construction technologies such as AI/ML tools, BIM, or project management platforms (preferred).
