We're Hiring | Performance Measurement Lead / Manager (SME)
Are you an experienced professional in Performance Measurement & Reporting with a strong background in Securities Services and Asset Management We're looking for a Performance Measurement Lead / Manager to drive high-quality performance, risk reporting, and client service delivery for global institutional clients.
Role Overview
In this role, you will manage end-to-end performance and risk calculations, oversee monthly and daily service delivery, and act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You'll also contribute to business development, system enhancements, and process automation, ensuring robust and scalable performance measurement solutions aligned with GIPS and SLA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and review portfolio performance & risk metrics (NAV returns, attribution, ex-ante/ex-post risk)
- Deliver client reports such as Factsheets, Investment Reviews, and Accounting Packs
- Manage client relationships, KPIs, and service reviews
- Support RFPs and sales initiatives with global client development teams
- Drive system enhancements, UAT, and process improvements
- Ensure strong governance, controls, and operational excellence
Required Experience & Skills
- 810 years of experience in Performance Measurement / Fund Accounting / NAV
- Strong understanding of GIPS standards and reporting frameworks
- Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
