Requirements:

Team Lead . Troubleshooting and Coordination with Oracle Technical Support. Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Associate (OCA). Key skills include Oracle Administration across various operating systems, management of Oracle RAC and Data Guard, advanced security implementation, data encryption, performance tuning, patching, integration with monitoring tools, and familiarity with SQL*Loader, Discoverer 19c, PL/SQL, OEM, and SOA.
