MEDH is a global EdTech platform whose core offering is personalized 1-to-1 live tutoring for students from Grade 1 to Grade 12, alongside skill-development courses for working professionals in areas like AI & Data Science, Digital Marketing, Predictive Analytics, and Personality Development.

Job Description

MEDH is hiring instructors to deliver 1-to-1 live tutoring sessions for school students (Grades 1-12) across core academic subjects, as well as instructors for our professional skill-development courses. This is a live-teaching role built around genuine, personalized mentorship — not pre-recorded content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-to-1 live sessions with school students (Grades 1-12), tailored to each student's grade, syllabus, and pace
• Prepare lesson plans aligned to the student's curriculum/board (CBSE, ICSE, State, or international, as applicable)
• Track individual student progress and share regular feedback with parents/guardians
• For skill-development instructors: conduct live 1:1 and group sessions for adult learners in your subject area
• Maintain punctuality, engagement, and consistency across scheduled sessions

Educational Qualifications

• For K-12 instructors: Bachelor's degree (B.Ed. preferred, though not always mandatory) in the subject you'll teach (Math, Science, English, Social Studies, etc.)
• For skill-development instructors: Bachelor's/Master's degree in the relevant field (Data Science, Marketing, Psychology, etc.)
• Relevant certifications are a plus for either track

Experience Required

• Prior tutoring/teaching experience with school-age children strongly preferred (for K-12 roles)
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience for skill-development subject instructors
• Comfort with live video-conferencing tools

Skills & Competencies

• Strong grasp of the subject and the relevant grade-level curriculum
• Patience and ability to adapt teaching style to a child's or adult's individual pace
• Clear communication skills, especially for explaining concepts simply
• Reliable and consistent with scheduled 1:1 commitments
