About the Role
We are building a structured, outcome-driven Grades 6–10 mathematics program that balances conceptual clarity, strong exam performance, and long-term mathematical thinking. We are looking for a Curriculum Developer who understands that exam success is non-negotiable, conceptual depth is essential, practice design is a science, and student psychology plays a critical role in learning. This role goes beyond simply drafting questions—you will execute our academic vision by creating high-quality lesson plans, designing effective practice modules, and building robust assessment systems aligned with our mastery-based learning approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed lesson plans aligned to the defined learning framework
- Create practice sets with varying difficulty levels
- Design assessments, including competency-based and application questions
- Translate conceptual objectives into measurable learning outcomes
- Identify common student misconceptions and build targeted practice to address them
- Ensure alignment with blueprint, weightage, and exam trends
- Collaborate with the Product and Teaching teams to refine content based on classroom feedback
- Maintain strict quality standards, timelines, and documentation discipline
What We are Looking For
- Strong command over middle and high school Mathematic
- Deep familiarity with CBSE exam structure and marking pattern
- Ability to write clear, structured, student-friendly explanation
- 3-5 years of experience in curriculum design
- Experience designing practice that builds both accuracy and speed
- High attention to detail and consistency
- A growth mindset, openness to feedback, iteration, and continuous learning
