About The Role
We are seeking a knowledge and project management expert to simulate and document workflows in Jira and Confluence. The ideal candidate will model agile project management processes—including ticket creation, backlog grooming, and sprint execution—while also documenting enterprise knowledge-sharing practices such as documentation structures, permissions, and collaborative updates. This role requires a combination of technical understanding of agile methodologies and strong documentation skills to ensure seamless workflow management and knowledge sharing across teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in optimizing project execution and enhancing organizational knowledge management practices within Turing's dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with Jira in agile software development or project management settings.
- Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with the ability to adapt and apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Excellent technical documentation skills in English, with an eye for detail and clarity.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in modeling complex workflows and enterprise knowledge-sharing practices.
- Ability to validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Simulate and model agile workflows including backlog management, sprint planning, epics, dependencies, and release cycles.
- Document and maintain knowledge management structures within Confluence, including wiki organization, permission settings, and collaborative editing protocols.
- Validate AI-generated project documentation and outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
- Develop and implement best practices for agile project execution, including escalation procedures, cross-team collaboration, and release management.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to continuously improve workflow processes and documentation standards.
- Assist in designing and refining enterprise knowledge-sharing strategies to promote transparency and accessibility.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on effective use of Jira and Confluence tools.
- Monitor and analyze workflow efficiency, recommending improvements to optimize project delivery timelines.
