This is a full-time, on-site role for a Subject Matter Expert in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, based in Bengaluru South. The role involves assessing patients physical conditions, devising personalized rehabilitation plans, supervising therapeutic exercises, and monitoring patient progress. The expert will also collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, provide guidance to junior therapists, and ensure that patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their needs. The role requires maintaining thorough documentation and staying updated with advancements in physiotherapy and rehabilitation practices.

• Proficiency in Physiotherapy techniques, Rehabilitation methodologies, and therapeutic exercise design
• Strong understanding of patient assessment, functional evaluations, and treatment planning
• Experience in guiding and mentoring junior therapists and assisting with multidisciplinary treatment approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and medical teams
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and use technology to track and report patient progress
• Relevant certification or degree in Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation Sciences
• Prior experience in managing patients with chronic illnesses or conditions such as neurological, orthopedic, or post-operative cases is highly desirable
