About the Role:
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Polity & related areas to create high-quality educational content for our PG team. This role involves simplifying complex topics, creating structured learning material, and delivering engaging video content for learners preparing for competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record video lectures on Polity and related subjects
- Conduct in-depth research to ensure accurate and up-to-date content
- Host webinars, live sessions, and similar events.
- Develop structured course material, notes, and supporting resources
- Simplify complex concepts for better learner understanding
- Collaborate with the content and production team to maintain quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have cleared UPSC/Civil Services Prelims (preferably a recent one)
- Graduation in relevant subjects
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Polity and related subjects
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely in English
- Confidence and clarity while facing the camera in English
- Attention to detail and content accuracy
Good to Have:
- Prior teaching or content creation experience
- Familiarity with UPSC exam patterns and syllabus
