Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to contribute to the development and enhancement of our English Creative Writing and Public Speaking course for grades 1-3. As an SME, you will ensure the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of our learning materials and assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to create engaging lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Review and refine course content to enhance clarity, engagement, and age-appropriateness.
- Provide subject matter expertise on English language learning pedagogy, early literacy, storytelling, creative writing, and public speaking.
- Develop formative and summative assessments to evaluate students comprehension and communication skills.
- Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English Language, Literature, or Education.
- Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge of English language instruction for young learners.
- Language Skills: Excellent written English skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools for content creation and interactive learning.
- Experience in other EdTech platforms is a plus.
