Role: Academy Subject Matter Expert (SME) – L0 | Cult Gym
Role Summary
Responsible for delivering high-quality L0 training, managing the L0 training process across zones, supporting hiring and onboarding, and ensuring strong trainer outcomes aligned to Cult standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality L0 training sessions with strict policy adherence
- Contribute to course and module development for L0 programs
- Program manage the end-to-end L0 training process for assigned zones
- Participate in trainer hiring drives, interviews, and onboarding
- Track and drive improvement in L0 scores and trainer readines
- Travel as required for L0 and Academy training sessions
Requirements
- 2–3 years of Personal Training experience with a strong track record
- Experience in a managerial role (Fitness Manager / Lead Trainer) is a bonus
- Active international fitness certification with valid CPR & AED
- Specialised certifications are a plus
- Strong English communication with fluency in one local language
- Deep understanding of fitness sciences
