At DataBeat, we help publishers, media companies, and AdTech platforms drive revenue and operational efficiency through data, analytics, and automation. We are now expanding into
AI-led workflow automation and are looking for seasoned
AdOps or Customer Success Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who are ready to move beyond execution into
designing intelligence that scales.
In this role, you will transform your deep operational expertise into
AI-powered agent workflows. Rather than running day-to-day operations, you will define the logic, decision-making, and playbooks that enable AI agents to execute AdOps or Customer Success processes accurately and at scale.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of
Media Operations, Process Design, and Applied AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow & Process Decomposition
- Deeply analyze end-to-end AdOps or Customer Success workflows across digital advertising, programmatic, or publisher operations.
- Break down workflows into discrete steps, decision points, inputs, outputs, and exception scenarios.
- AI Agent Logic & Playbook Design
Design The Operational brain Of AI Agents By Defining
- Task sequences
- Decision rules and logic
- Variations and edge cases
Convert real-world operational judgment into structured, executable logic.
- Encode Domain Expertise
- Use DataBeat's platforms tools, including low-code/no-code workflow interfaces, to configure AI agents.
- Translate manual processes into scalable, repeatable AI-driven workflows.
- LLM Prompting & Instruction Design
- Craft clear, precise, and consistent LLM instructions and playbooks that guide agent behavior, reasoning, and communication.
- Define tone, response structure, escalation logic, and error handling.
- Data & Integration Definition
- Identify required data points, reports, logs, and system inputs needed for agents to operate effectively.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Solution Engineers, and platform teams on integrations (GAM, SSPs, CRM, ticketing tools, etc.).
- Agent Testing & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in testing, validation, and refinement of AI agents.
- Provide domain-driven feedback to improve accuracy, efficiency, and handling of complex scenarios.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Solution Engineers (technical build & debugging)
- AI/ML teams (model behavior and constraints)
- Client-facing teams (alignment with real-world operations)
- Knowledge & Documentation
- Create detailed documentation covering:
- Agent scope and capabilities
- Workflow logic and assumptions
- Operational boundaries and escalation paths
Core Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Digital Advertising Operations (AdOps, Programmatic, Yield, Traffic, SSP/GAM), OR
- Customer Success Operations in SaaS, AdTech, Media, or Tech platforms
- Deep understanding of real-world operational workflows, not just theory.
- Strong process-oriented mindset with experience documenting SOPs, workflows, or playbooks.
- Ability to break complex operations into clear, logical, step-by-step instructions suitable for automation.
- Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, including anticipation of edge cases.
- Strong communication skills to explain domain knowledge to technical and non-technical teams.
