We are currently seeking Subcontract Analyst - Procurement, to join our Procurement Operations team based in Noida.

About the opportunity we offer:

  • Assess and process the Subcontractor's monthly application for payment, following the internal procedure
  • Support the assessment and evaluation of Purchase Orders (POs) and Charges received from the Subcontractor
  • Review submitted sample invoices against agreed Subcontracts, POs, and price lists
  • Review incoming Tender Recommendation Reports (TRR) for acknowledgement including a check for value for money and compliance
  • Distribute Tender Recommendation Reports (TRR) internally to relevant stakeholders to obtain feedback
  • Draft acknowledgements in the official communication system for Subcontract manager review for compliant Tender Recommendation Reports
  • Update the TRR Tracker and Dashboard
  • Maintain a repository of costing and rates from TRRs to be used for assessing future payment applications
  • Conduct spot checks on low-value items procured without a TRR to confirm the Subcontractor obtained market rates and a minimum of three quotes
  • Support the review and reporting of Subcontractor Plant
  • Review Subcontractor plant mobilisation plans and weekly plant reports
  • Carry out analysis to ensure the Subcontractor is adhering to the mobilisation plan
  • Produce metrics for on-site management of plant and payment applications
  • Provide review and feedback on Subcontract weekly and monthly reporting for compliance and quality
  • Capture metrics about communications exchanges between the Contractor and Subcontractor into a dashboard for management reporting
  • Update and distribute the KPI Dashboards to stakeholders
  • Attend the weekly subcontract team meeting
  • Assist the Project Controls team with queries related to assessed costs and charges

About you:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality management or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in subcontracting management
  • Good interpersonal and influential skills
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Open for 24*7 shifts
