Sub Section Head - Technical Process C&S

Job Objective and Overview

The Sub Section Head Technical (Process & C&S) is responsible for supporting technical operations related to process engineering and civil & structural (C&S) activities within the plant. The role focuses on ensuring efficient execution of projects, process optimization, and coordination of technical aspects during plant setup and operations, especially in greenfield environments.

Responsibilities:

Process Engineering

• Support process design, implementation, and optimization across production units.
• Monitor process performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Ensure adherence to production standards and technical specifications.

Civil & Structural (C&S) Coordination

• Oversee civil and structural works related to plant setup and expansion.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for project execution.
• Ensure quality and compliance in all C&S activities.

Greenfield Project Execution

• Support execution of textile greenfield projects from planning to commissioning.
• Assist in layout planning, equipment installation, and infrastructure development.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost, and quality standards.

Technical Support & Coordination

• Work closely with utilities, production, and maintenance teams for seamless operations.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and process improvements.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Promote safe working practices across all technical activities.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in process and engineering systems.
• Support implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures

Skills/Requirements:

o 710 years of experience in Technical / Process / C&S roles.

o Experience in Textile Industry is preferred.

o Experience in textile greenfield projects is highly preferred.

o Candidates from Manufacturing Industries can also be considered.

o Strong knowledge of process engineering and civil & structural works. o Good project coordination and execution skills.

o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

o Effective communication and team coordination skills.

o Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical / civil engineering or related field.
