Job Description
Excellence Center:

Conceptualize, reimagine and revamp induction to enhance its impact. Partner with HR and L&D SPOCs to developbetter process Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the program on regular basis and make necessary modifications to make it impactful.

Middle Management Development Program

Conducts annual training and development needs assessment of Junior and mid level staff. Develops training and development programs and objectives. Building annual training program and preparing teaching plans Administers spending against the departmental budget. Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media. Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts. Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events. Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources. Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. Modifies programs as needed. Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization. Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff. Ensure soft execution of effective branding of the digital platforms and other E-learning modules both at business and group level. Ensuring timely execution of the development programs both on LMS and outsourced. Gather the feedback thereafter. Evaluate the collected feedbacks for improvements and communicate the same to senior leadership through reports and presentations.

Learning Management System & E - Learning Content

Work closely with the HRIT team for the desgin and porcess updation of WelPro Train the BUHR SPOCs on adoption of WelPro Audit the utilization of WelPro and work colsely with all stakeholders to ensure 100% utilization of the WelPro 4. Desing, review and coordinate with SME, service agency to develop e - learning content within the apporved guidelings. Ensure the uploading of the E - learning content and drive its utilization.
