This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Visa Counselor based in Chandigarh. The primary responsibilities include providing guidance to students regarding study visa applications, understanding visa requirements, assisting with the preparation and submission of applications, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of immigration policies and procedures. The role also involves coordinating with clients and educational institutions, managing documentation, and offering end-to-end support during the study visa process.

• Proficiency in counseling, interpersonal communication, and active listening
• Thorough understanding of study visa regulations and documentation processes
• Knowledgeable in international education systems and institution admission procedures
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client cases effectively
• Proficiency in using office software like MS Office and CRM systems
• Experience in the education consultancy domain is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; a background in counseling or education is advantageous
