Study Counsellor (Marine Drive & MG Road - Kochi)

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Counsellor, based in Kochi, with office locations at Marine Drive and MG Road. Responsibilities include counseling prospective students, providing information about study abroad opportunities, guiding the application process, assisting with documentation requirements, and maintaining regular follow-ups. The Study Counsellor will also collaborate with educational institutions and support students in fulfilling their academic aspirations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to offer clear counsel and engage effectively with students and parents
• Proficiency in relationship management, interpersonal communication, and teamwork
• Familiarity with global higher education systems and processes, particularly for destinations such as the United States, UK, France, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of visa documentation, application processes, and educational travel policies is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with experience in student counseling or advisory roles preferred
