Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Advisor at our Kochi location. The Study Advisor will guide students in selecting suitable programs at public universities in Germany, provide information about the application process, and offer support throughout the admissions journey. The Study Advisor will also assist in document preparation, liaise with universities and other relevant institutions, and ensure a seamless experience for students. Providing accurate and up-to-date information and maintaining a high level of professional communication with students and stakeholders will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in advisory roles, communication, and student counseling
• Familiarity with German public university admission standards and application processes
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general technical savvy
• Knowledge of studying abroad, particularly in Germany, is preferred
• Fluency in English and German is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, International Relations, or any equivalent area is desirable
