Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Team Lead, located in Kozhikode. The Team Lead will oversee and manage the study abroad department, providing expert guidance to students about university admission processes, visa requirements, and country-specific study opportunities. The role includes mentoring team members, coordinating with stakeholders globally, maintaining relationships with international partners, organizing study abroad events, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to students and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 35 years of overseas education experience
• Strong knowledge of Germany, UK & Europe education systems
• Willing to work on-site (offline role).
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of international education systems, visa processes, and university application procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience in strategic planning, organizational management, and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and other relevant technology
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a related field; Master's degree is advantageous
