Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Experienced Study Abroad Student Counsellor based in Kochi. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey for studying abroad. Key responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assisting students in identifying suitable programs and universities, guiding them through application processes, and addressing their queries. You will also effectively liaise with students, parents, and partner institutions to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in making informed academic and career choices
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with students, parents, and partner institutions
- Strong understanding of education systems, university application processes, and academic advising
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-focused environment
- 2 to 3 year experience in study abroad educational consultancy is must
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
