About the Role

Learn Overseas is seeking a Study Abroad Partnership Manager to develop and manage relationships with universities and recruitment partners globally. The role focuses on expanding our partner network, driving student opportunities, and ensuring a smooth admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new university partnerships across key study destinations

• Identify, onboard, and manage B2B recruitment agencies and education partners

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions

• Coordinate with admissions and counseling teams to ensure smooth application processing

• Follow up with universities for timely decisions and offer letters

• Resolve application-related issues and support partner communication

• Track partnership performance and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in international education, admissions, partnerships, or business development

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines effectively

• Knowledge of study abroad markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe) preferred

• Bachelor's degree required
