Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Head, based in Thrissur. The Study Abroad Head will lead and manage the end-to-end process of assisting students in pursuing international education opportunities. Responsibilities include counseling students and their families, providing expert advice on study abroad programs, managing student applications, coordinating with international universities, and overseeing the operational aspects of the department. The role requires close collaboration with educational institutions and consistent monitoring of study abroad trends to ensure students receive the best opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Counseling, Mentorship, and providing Career Guidance
• Organizational and Leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and department operations
• Knowledge of international education systems, university application processes, and visa regulations
• Strong research and problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate study abroad opportunities
• Proficiency in documentation, time management, and attention to detail
• Previous experience in education management, counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Management, or a relevant discipline
