Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Study Abroad Expert. The position is located in Kochi. The Study Abroad Expert will be responsible for guiding students through the study abroad process, offering customized academic and career counseling, assisting in university and course selection, and managing application procedures. The role requires strong communication with students, parents, and university representatives, while staying up-to-date with admission criteria, visa processes, and industry trends. Additionally, the expert will conduct webinars, seminars, and presentations to provide insightful guidance to prospective students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Academic and Career Counseling, with expertise in advising students on university and course selection
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with diverse individuals and groups effectively
• Knowledge of Admissions Processes, Visa Requirements, and Global Educational Trends
• Experience in Conducting Presentations, Webinars, and Public Speaking
• Organization and Multitasking Skills to successfully handle multiple student applications and deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams, maintain professionalism, and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Technological Proficiency in using online tools for virtual counseling sessions and managing application systems
• Prior experience in the education or study abroad consultancy sector is preferred
• Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Counseling, or International Studies
