On-site | Full-time | MondaySaturday (9 AM 6 PM)

Compensation: Up to 5 LPA (commensurate with relevant experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking exceptional counselors from the study-abroad domain who bring strong exposure to international admissions workflows, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to independently manage complex cases. This role is designed for professionals who already understand the study-abroad ecosystem and are ready to operate with high ownership and accountability.

You will work across student admissions and merit-based professional visa cases, handling multiple clients simultaneously while delivering consistent, high-quality guidance.

Technical and process-level training will be provided where required; however, domain familiarity, communication excellence, and professional maturity are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage multiple student and professional cases in parallel.
  • Lead and support end-to-end admissions workflows, including profile evaluation, university shortlisting, documentation, and interview preparation.
  • Assist in merit-based visa cases such as EB-1, O-1, NIW, and similar categories, with a strong focus on quality and working with deadlines.
  • Contribute to research paper drafting, structuring, and publication preparation for academic and professional profiles.
  • Maintain proactive, clear, and professional communication with clients at all stages.
  • Ensure strict adherence to timelines, accuracy, and quality benchmarks.
  • Build long-term trust with clients through dependable delivery and domain expertise.

Who Should Apply

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in the study-abroad industry is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with high client-facing confidence.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex workflows.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and leadership mindset.
  • Exposure to admissions consulting, profile building, or research writing will be a significant advantage.
