About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students regarding overseas education opportunities and guiding them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding study abroad programs, universities, and courses.
Understand students academic background, career goals, and preferences.
Provide accurate information about courses, tuition fees, intakes, eligibility, and admission requirements.
Assist students with the university/college application process.
Coordinate and follow up with students regarding required documents.
Guide students through the student visa application process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and leads.
Coordinate with universities/colleges and internal teams.
Maintain and update student records and CRM/sheets.
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
1+ year of experience in study abroad counselling, education consultancy, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of international education and student visa processes.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
