Study Abroad Counselor -Europe

The Study Abroad Counselor (Europe) is responsible for guiding students and parents throughout the overseas education journey for European destinations. The role involves understanding students academic profiles, career goals, financial background, and preferences to recommend suitable universities, courses, and countries.

The counselor will provide end-to-end support, including course and university selection, admission guidance, application processing, scholarship information, visa counseling, accommodation assistance, and pre-departure support. The role requires building strong relationships with students and parents, addressing their queries, and ensuring a seamless and positive counseling experience.

The Study Abroad Counselor will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrollments by providing accurate information, regular follow-ups, and personalized counseling. The candidate will maintain student records in the CRM, coordinate with university partners and internal teams, and ensure timely submission of applications and documentation. Achieving monthly admission targets while maintaining high service standards is a key responsibility.

• 1-3 years of experience in overseas education consultancy with expertise in European admissions..
  
• Strong knowledge of admission processes, visa regulations, scholarships, and education systems for major European destinations such as Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Malta, Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, and other European countries.
  
• Proven ability to achieve admission and revenue targets.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
