Study Abroad Counselor

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for a Study Abroad Counselor. The Study Abroad Counselor will assist students in understanding and achieving their educational aspirations. Day-to-day tasks include providing personalized counseling, guiding students through the selection of universities and courses, assisting with applications and financial documents, and ensuring successful visa processing. Counselors will also collaborate with international institutions, stay informed on global education trends, and conduct pre-departure orientation sessions for students.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills to counsel students and effectively address their inquiries.
• Knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
• Proficiency in client management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure a seamless student experience.
• Ability to handle documentation, prepare applications, and ensure compliance with deadlines and requirements.
• Experience in educational consulting, counseling, or related industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
