Job Title : Study Abroad Counsellor
Location: Multiple Location
Role Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students with their overseas education options after understanding their profile and desired course.
- Assist students in deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to opt for.
- Help students build their profile (SOP/LOR/Resume).
- Advise students on budgeting, expenses and financial planning for their education abroad.
- Meet monthly and Intake level targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field; a Master's degree is an advantage
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in Study Abroad counselling.
- Counselling students for overseas education in countries like UK, Australia, USA, Canada & France.
- Proficiency in counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills for effectively guiding and supporting students
- Knowledge of study abroad programs, international education systems, and visa processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple student cases simultaneously.
- Good in MS Office, CRM, Analytics/Numbers, and metrics.
