Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vallabh Vidyanagar. The Study Abroad Counsellor will assist students in exploring, selecting, and applying to international academic programs. Daily responsibilities include providing personalized consultation, offering guidance on university admission processes, assisting in visa and financial documentation, and conducting informational sessions and workshops. The counsellor will also handle inquiries and offer continuous support to ensure a smooth overseas education journey for students.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in providing academic counseling and understanding international education systems
• Excellent knowledge of application processes, visa requirements, and related documentation
• Problem-solving skills to address student queries and deliver solutions effectively
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with education regulations, processes for various countries, and work experience in the education sector is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
