Vidyalankar's Study abroad division, VIIE is looking for Counsellors (Jr. & Sr.) and Team Leader. The role will include sales & counselling.

Job role:
- Guide students and parents on academic & career options for international programs.
- Drive weekly/monthly admissions targets through counselling, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person counselling.
- Generate and manage leads through referrals, outreach activities, and marketing leads.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update all interactions in internal systems/CRM.
- Stay updated on VIIE programs, admissions processes, and sales methodology.
- Highly communicative, organized, and target-driven; prior sales/counselling experience preferred.
For a TL/Manager,
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team enrolment targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and track team performance regularly.
- Oversee lead management and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Create and execute sales strategies, outreach plans, and student engagement activities.
- Ensure smooth and high-quality counselling experience for students and parents.
- Analyse sales reports and performance metrics to improve conversions.
- Requires 5+ years of sales leadership experience; USA visa knowledge is mandatory.
