This is a full-time on-site role for a Study Abroad Counsellor/Officer/Operations professional, based in Noida. The role involves counseling students and clients on study abroad and immigration programs, managing the application and admission process, and guiding clients in choosing suitable courses and universities. Responsibilities include assisting with visa applications, handling documentation, addressing student and client inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination between students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.

• Strong counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills to provide guidance and build trustworthy relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in managing documentation, applications, and visa processing with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of study abroad programs, universities, admissions procedures, and immigration processes.
• Ability to handle client queries, conduct research on education options, and provide customized solutions.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and databases relevant to maintaining client records and managing processes.
• Flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and a client-centric approach to achieve client satisfaction.
• Previous experience in the education consultancy or immigration industry is a plus.
