Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities overseas.
- Have experience in counselling students for The UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and study destinations.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media channels.
- Assist students with admission applications, documentation, SOPs, and university requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding visa processes, scholarships, and post-study opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into enrolments.
- Maintain student records and CRM data.
- Coordinate with universities and partner institutions for admissions and application updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Study Abroad Counselling.
- Strong knowledge of UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand admissions and visa process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Experience with application processing and student visa documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Organised and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with overseas education consultancies.
